Esther Okoronkwo has said she is determined to give her best for the Super Falcons again at the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, DAILY POST reports.
Okoronkwo was one of the top performers for Justine Madugu’s side at the last edition of Africa’s biggest women’s football competition.
The AFC Toronto star registered three goals and six assists as the Super Falcons won a record-extending 10th title.
The versatile forward recently returned to full action after recovering from injury.
Okoronkwo is eager to prove her mettle once again on the international stage.
“I have a lot to prove. I want to show people what I can do despite the injuries. I have spent much of my career injured and have not always been able to show my full ability. I am happy that I showed some of it in the last tournament,” Okoronkwo told CAFOnline.
