Barely few hours to the governorship Election in Osun State, some civil society organizations under the auspices, Nigeria Civil Society Situation room have expressed concern over the tensed Political environment that has preceeded the exercise in the state.
The co- converger, Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room alongside others present interphased with journalists in Osogbo, the Osun state capital Friday where they called out to the Electoral body, INEC security operatives and the Electorate to ensure a crises free Election that is free, fair and credible at the end of the polls.
On the streets of Osogbo, AIT Crew met with some residents who bared their minds on their expectations at the end of the exercise.

Inside the newly formed situation room with over 70 civil society organizations to observe the election in real time, working with its partners to receive reports from across the 30 LGAs and 332 electoral wards in the state.
They appealed to eligible voters to come out and exercise their civic responsibilities without fear of molestation and to ensure that their votes count to elect the candidate of their choice.
