The Madlanga Commission set to continue with testimony from an anti-corruption and governance expert.
The expert will give evidence on the financial disclosure regimes applicable to senior officials within South Africa’s criminal justice system.
The new witness is expected to assess whether the current financial disclosure framework is adequate to detect and prevent corruption,they are also expected to recommend reforms aimed at strengthening oversight and combating corrupt infiltration of South Africa’s criminal justice system.
Proceedings are scheduled to begin at 9:30 Thursday morning at the Bridgette Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria.
