Highlights of Pope Leo’s pastoral visit to the Canary Islands
We present video highlights of Pope Leo XIV’s pastoral visit to Spain, focusing on Thursday, June 11, when he travelled from Barcelona to Las Palmas De Gran Canaria.
The first event on the Pope’s schedule took place in the Port of Arguineguín where he met with local organizations working with migrants. Following that meeting he met with the local Church, the bishops, priests, deacons, religious, seminarians, and pastoral workers, at the Cathedral of Saint Anne. And the day concluded with the early evening Mass at the Gran Canaria Stadium.
