Just in…Rescue operations is ongoing at the collapsed three storey building students hostel in Oko Federal Polytechnic in Anambra State.

The private students hostel is reported to be dominated by students of the federal polytechnics Oko.

The hostel which collapsed at about 11 pm yesterday night, a time school academic session is not in full session.

Some students were said to have managed to escape before the collapse of the building, while some others were rescued with few others still trapped.

The Nigerian Police Operatives, emergency management responders including fire service personnel are on ground.

No casualties yet, as some rescued students were rushed to the hospital
