Kunle Afod Celebrates Wife Desola’s Birthday Despite Separation Rumours

Nollywood actor Kunle Afod has publicly celebrated his wife, Desola Afod, on her birthday, despite ongoing speculation about the state of their marriage.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday, the actor shared photos of Desola alongside a heartfelt birthday message, describing her as an “amazing woman,” a devoted mother and a blessing to those around her.

Expressing gratitude to God for her life, Kunle also offered prayers for her, wishing her good health, long life, favour and the fulfilment of her heart’s desires.

“Happy birthday @desolaafod. Today, I thank God for the gift of your life. You have been an amazing woman, a loving mother, and a blessing to everyone around you,” part of his message read.

He also prayed that she would continue to enjoy the fruits of her labour, witness her children’s success and experience joy, peace and abundant blessings in the years ahead.

Responding in the comment section, Desola acknowledged the birthday tribute with a brief message, writing: “Thank you, Modupe.”

Kunle’s public celebration has drawn attention because of longstanding rumours surrounding the couple’s relationship. Although neither of them has publicly confirmed a separation, they have kept their personal lives largely private in recent years and no longer feature each other regularly on their social media platforms.
