jax are closing in on the signing of Wolves striker Tolu Arokodare.
According to Sky Sports, the two clubs have agreed an initial loan deal, with the option to buy him for £17m.
Arokodare is due to undergo medicals with the Dutch club tomorrow.
The 25-year-old made headlines last week, after he reportedly forced the cancellation of a training session following his refusal to leave the pitch.
Arokodare has been desperate to leave Wolves, with the club rejecting bids from Fiorentina and Trabzonspor this summer.
The Super Eagles star was then left out of their pre-season training camp in Portugal.
Ajax will cover Arokodare’s full wages for the season and Wolves will receive a £1m loan fee.
They will also receive bonuses if Ajax qualify for European league phase football.
