Chelsea attacker, Nicolas Jackson, is interested in joining Premier League side Aston Villa.
According to the Daily Mail, Jackson is keen to reunite with his former manager Unai Emery at Villa Park.
The Senegalese’s name reportedly came up during discussions between the two clubs over Morgan Rogers’ £117million move to Stamford Bridge.
Aston Villa have admired Jackson for some time, with Emery keen on a reunion after managing him during their time together at Villarreal.
While no agreement has been reached between the clubs, Jackson is understood to be open to the switch as Aston Villa continues exploring attacking reinforcements before the new season starts.
Jackson spent last season on loan at Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich.
He won the Bundesliga title but has now returned to his parent club and could be on the move again this summer transfer window.
